With more than 30 years experience with interior design, Dottie Martin
knows how to make her clients feel at ease through her quality services
and fair pricing. After working several years for a local drapery
store, 26 years ago Dottie was inspired to start her own business.
Today she is not only the President of Martin's Interior Design Studio,
she is also an active part of the interior design team.
She
is actively involved in both the residential and commercial divisions
of the company and personally assists many clients in making the
appropriate selections for their style and project. Her own standard
of excellence has influenced Martin's Interior Design Studio to become
the full service source for quality interior design that it is today.
She is committed to service, quality, and selection, which translates
into superior results for all of her clients.
Personally, Dottie enjoys reading books that will make her a
better business leader, golfing, walking, and traveling to
the beach or
her mountain cabin with her family. She looks for ways to unwind
by spending time with friends and family, especially her adorable
grandchildren. Dottie’s integrity and dependable commitment
to the highest standards of service, excellence, and design options
make her a business leader whose reputation can be trusted in her
industry.
Marcia Newcome, Interior Designer

With a personal mission is to assist others in creating the home of their dreams by allowing their personality and preferences to shine through their home’s design, Marcia Newcome believes that great design is a conscientious combination of beauty, function, and practicality.
Born in rural Ohio, Marcia was always an artist. After marrying her husband, she graduated summa cum laude as the outstanding graduate in Interior Design and the Top Scholar of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY.
During her husband’s Army career, Marcia moved with him frequently, including a six-year stay in Germany where she acquired an interest in contemporary German furniture and textile design. Throughout these years, she also began designing and constructing window treatments, enjoying the creative combination of colors and patterns. In Bardstown, KY, Marcia continued to develop her skills in window treatment design and construction as well as faux painting.
Personally, Marcia enjoys the lovely wooded hills, abundant seasonal fresh produce, and close proximity to a major city of her new home in Reading, PA. She and her husband have four active children and a very affectionate golden retriever named Caramel. Marcia expresses her creativity through service as the organist/accompanist at Friedens Lutheran Church in Oley.
Ashley Adcock, Interior Designer

Ashley Adcock is very passionate about making sure her clients enjoy every aspect of the design process. With a personal mission that any work worth doing is worth doing well, she completes each design to its fullest potential. She takes pride in her ability to creatively execute her client’s design challenges.
After achieving her Associate of Specialized Business Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute, Ashley began her career as a design assistant for Calabrese Good Architects in 2009. Ashley worked on projects for numerous hotels in the Central Pennsylvania area including Heritage Hotel, Heritage Hills Hotel, The Eden Resort and The Harrisburg Hilton. Some of her most exciting designs can be seen at the Heritage Hotel where she was able to be a part of design in their restaurant, Loxley’s. Ashley was also able to assist her parents in the design of their new office building for their company, Adcock Brothers Incorporated.
Along with Ashley’s passion for design, she enjoys exhibiting Tennessee Walking Horses. She is a very accomplished rider with two World Championships and one Reserve World Championship title. Committed to continuing her education, she recently returned to The Art Institute. Her studies there will help her advance her skills in order to serve her clients better.
